“Atlantic Canadian Books” is a pretty broad category, and one writer made the list twice, once with a novel and once with a long essay: productive and generous David Adams Richards. No, I do not appear on this list, but I am footnoted to it with an honourable mention for my novel deluded your sailors. So is my friend, manuscript reader, and, with her husband, Russell Wangersky, shelter-giver, Leslie Vryenhoek, with her poetry collection Gulf.  Vyrenhoek is also the author of the delicious short story collection Scrabble Lessons.
